A Benin High Court has granted an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the transfer, assignment of any estate, interest or right or grant of exclusive possession to a third party by any of the named parties in a suit between Jude Idehen, Gregory Idehen and George Idehen, claimant, suing for themselves and on behalf of the beneficiaries of the estate of George Otutu Ise Idehen, deceased and Ede Idehen, Food Concept Nigeria PLC, Joseph Osemwegie Idehen, Solomon Idehen and Chief Oseni Elema first to fifth defendants by themselves, agents, assigns, servants, representatives in interest or by an acclaimed successor in title or personal representative of the estates of the deceased beneficiaries of a storey building at Airport Road, Benin City.

This is stated in Clause One (a) and (d )of the prorated last will and testament of Iserhierhien Idehen, plot D25 B, now known as number 55, Airport Road, Benin City, Edo State.

The property is registered as number 39 at page 39 in volume 47 of the Lands Registry in the office at Benin City, Edo State.

The property consists of the building rented by a fast food restaurant, Chicken Republic, the second defendants and the adjoining fenced parcel of land during the pendency or subsistence of the suit, save and except with leave of the court, pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.

The court also granted an order that the restraining order be placed as a public notice on the property described above.
