To set the ball rolling for the Christmas and New Year celebrations, the Catholic Benin City Deanery Choir, led by its Itinerary Chairman, Engr. Edwin Osuji, has held a special Christmas Carols and Six Lessons in honour of the Esama of Benin, Sir Chief Dr. Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion.
Pius Nsogho reports that the House of Igbinedion was agog with festivities as the choristers thrilled the Patriarch and members of his household with soul-lifting renditions appropriate for the season.
