A Benin high court presided over by the Chief Justice of Edo State, Justice Daniel Okungbowa, has dismissed a case instituted by one Sandra Ogbebor, popularly known as Lady Mechanic, and Patrick Aisowerien against the House of Representatives member representing Orhionwon and Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency over his alleged indebtedness.
In a judgment delivered by Justice Okungbowa, while exonerating the House of Representatives member, Chief Billy Osawaru, said the case lacks merit.
The counsel to the defendant, Robert O., explained that the judgment further proved that there is justice in the judiciary.
