The independent national electoral commission INEC has declared Mr. Joseph Ugiagbe Ikpea of the All Progressives Congress APC as the winner of the just concluded Edo Central senatorial by-election.
Edo Central Correspondent Chris Omijie reports that, the returning officer, Prof. Kingsley Omon declared that, Joseph Ikpea scored a total of 105,129 votes to defeat his closest rival, Prince Joe Okojie of the PDP who scored 15, 146 votes.
