Pius Nsogho reports that St. Paul’s Catholic Church Benin City was filled to capacity as dignitaries from all walks of life, who include the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romanian consul to Edo and Delta states of Nigeria, His Excellency Sir Chief Dr Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion attended the thanksgiving service.
