The Edo State Police Command has arrested a 70-year-old man identified as Prophet Paul Lawani over the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl in his church located on Iyeide Street, Ogiemwenken, off Upper Uwa, Benin City.
The incident has also drawn the attention of the Coordinator of the Office of the Edo State First Lady, Edesili Okpebholo-Anani, who has offered her official vehicles and security team to support the proper investigation of the case.
