A Benin High Court has given judgement in favour of Doctor Mike Asemota in a parcel of land measuring 350 feet by 700 feet located at Prince Shaka Momodu Street, Ogiso quarters in Benin City.
The Chief bailiff of the court, Osazemwen Osadolor, the claimant’s Lawyer, Barrister Clinton Ogbebor and police men were on the ground for possession of the property.
