A Benin High Court has delivered judgement in favour of Prof. Tes Sorae, founder and managing director of Timeline Industrial companies, in a parcel of land measuring 1000 by 3000 feet at Iwu Community in Ovia North East Local Government Area Of Edo State.
Wellington Akodeja reports that the presiding Judge of High Court 12, Honourable Justice A. T. Momodu, gave the judgement after years of litigation on the actual ownership of the vast acres of land.
