The Managing Director of Independent Television and Radio, Engr. Elvis Obaseki, has described the visit by the President of the Benin Community in Abuja, Barr. Lucky Odigie, as motivational and strengthening, especially at a time when ITV is yet to recover from property lost to an inferno at the administrative department of the Benin Branch.
