In a bid to align itself with the dictates of the Petroleum Industrial Act, Dubri Oil on Thursday empowered some locals from Gelegele, Oduna Ikpako and Ughoton communities to enable them to be self-reliant and improve their economic prowess.

Efosa Uwangue reports that beneficiaries got different empowerment items which include Sewing machines, vulcanizing machines, generators and make up kits among others.
