As bandits fulfil part of the agreement reached during a recent truce with the people of Faskari local government area, Katsina state, the Vice-Chairman of the local government says he has received over two hundred kidnapped victims after the reconciliation meeting.
The Vice-Chairman who led the local government delegation during the meeting that saw peace returning to the area said it would boost the socio-economic well-being of the affected communities.
