Concerned citizens of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Axis Two in Owan East Local Government Area have called on the Edo State Governor and party leader, Monday Okpekholo, and the State Chairman of the party, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, to urgently intervene in the crisis currently rocking the party in the local government.
The group alleged that the crisis stems from what they described as lopsided political appointments and the marginalization of Axis Two in the political affairs of the area, in favour of Axis One.
The appeal was made while submitting a petition to the leadership of the party at the state secretariat.
