As part of activities marking the 2026 International Women’s Day, the Lift Above Poverty Organisation, LAPO, has honoured four outstanding women at the 14th LAPO Outstanding Women Leadership Award, tagged Give to Gain.

Patience Osarogiuwa reports that the event, held at the Bishop Kelly Pastoral Centre in Benin City, celebrated women who have excelled in business, farming, and other professions.
