Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has threatened to shut down universities if the Federal Government fails to implement agreement reached with the Union.
Chairman, University of Benin, UNIBEN, branch of ASUU, Dr. Ray Chikogu disclosed this during a protest rally within the University community in Benin City.
