Elders and youths of Amagba Community in the Government Reservation Area of Benin City have raised concerns over alleged encroachment and unauthorized sale of community lands.

They accuse a former community chairman of disposing of lands, including sacred and proposed public sites, without the knowledge or consent of the people.
