University Students, Activists Protest Undue Extension Of ASUU Strike In Benin

Activities at the Oba Ovoramwen Square in Benin City were today completely shut down for several hours following protests by Nigerian students over the prolonged strike by the Academic Staff Union of University, ASUU.

The students who barricaded the Kings Square received solidarity from some members of the Civil Societies.
