The indefinite extension of the Voters registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission which was earlier scheduled to end on Thursday 30th June has been receiving applause from members of the public in Benin City.
Sharon Ajayi who visited some registration centers in Benin metropolis however observed that the large crowd that usually characterized the centers has drastically reduced.
