Attendance of the African heads of state and government at the inauguration of the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abey Ahmed has been identified as one of the key efforts to discourage military junta in the continent.
The Nigerian high commissioner to African Union and Ethiopia and the senior special adviser to the president on media and publicity stated this in an interview in Addis Ababa.
