The governor of Edo State Mr Godwin Obaseki has commended the inspector general of police, Alikali Baba for granting the request to deploy a special squad to Edo State as part of the efforts to deal with community clashes and land grabbing in the state.
Governor Obaseki gave the commendation when he received the new commissioner of police posted to Edo state, Mr Abitu Yaro on a courtesy visit to the government house.
