In his quest to breed world class leaders in technical education governor Godwin Obaseki on Thursday formally handed over the newly established Federal College of Education, Ekiadolor to the federal government in Benin City.
The handing over ceremony which took place at the Five Hundred theatre hall of the instruction attracted several dignitaries from within and outside the State.
