Elders and other indigenes, including residents of Agbonmoba, Ekosa, Owanoba and Obayantor communities along Benin-Sapele Road, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area have cried out to Edo State government, the Oba of Benin and other relevant authorities over alleged plans to take over large portion of their land.

The people in a peaceful protest are appealing for intervention.
