The Esama of Benin and Honourary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States of Nigeria, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawuru Igbinedion organised a special reception for dignitaries who attended the Twenty-fourth Founder’s Day of Nigeria’s premier private university, Igbinedion University at his Okada country home residence.
