The Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki says beginning from second week of September, large gatherings in public places would only be accessed by persons who have vaccination proof of receiving at least one dose of the COVID 19 vaccine.
Governor Obaseki disclosed this during the launching of the second phase of Covid-19 vaccination in Benin City.
