Edo State: We are still on strike – NUT

The Nigeria Union of Teachers, Edo State wing says the current strike embark upon by the NUT as directed by the National Body is still on course.

In a statement signed by the NUT Edo South Caucus Chairman, Comrade Adun E.E and its Secretary, Comrade Osarenren F.E on behalf of Edo State Caucus advised teachers in public primary and secondary schools in Edo State to remain at home until further directives from the Union.

The statement also advised parents and guardians to keep their children and wards away from school expressing belief that the crisis will soon be addressed by |national leadership of the Union.
