Edo State Command of NSCDC has apprehended a middle-aged man with a decomposing body in a car in an abandoned building in Ekpoma Esan-West Local Government Area of Edo State.
Crime correspondent Wellington Akodeja reports that the command also arrested two suspects with twenty drums of AGO popularly known as Kerosene.
