Doctors Suspend Two Months Industrial Action

The National Association of Resident Doctors has suspended its nationwide strike, spanning two months and it is set to resume on Wednesday.

In a communique signed by the Nigerian Medical Association, Secretary-General Ekpe Philips Uche, after the meeting held among delegates of NMA and NARD on Sunday in Abuja, the NMA advised the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors to suspend the industrial action.
