Chief Friday Obaruyi Edo, has appealed to the Benin Monarch, Oba Ewuare II, to grant him audience to enable him give his own side of the story, which may have led to the invalidation of the title of Okao of Iguobazuwa, earlier conferred on him in 2019, by the Benin Monarch.
He made the appeal during a press briefing in Benin City, in response to a media announcement signed by the secretary to the Benin Traditional Council, Frank Irabor on January the 25th, 2022, stating that the title of Okao, does not exist in Iguobazuwa.
