Benin Monarch urges Muslims to emulate the virtues of Obedience and Sacrifice

His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare the Second, Oba of Benin has urged Muslims across the world to continually emulate the virtues of obedience and sacrifice to the will of the Almighty Allah.

Oba Ewuare the Second in his 2021 Eid-el-Kabir message to felicitate with Muslims and other Nigerians, said quality life is created by obedience, humility, patience, sacrifice and prayers.

The revered Oba of Benin advised Muslims not to allow the prevailing economic and security challenges to weigh their spirituality down.

He urged them to remain prayerful for peace, unity and progress of the country.

The Benin Monarch also called on Muslims to use the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to offer prayer for President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Godwin Obaseki and other leaders for their ability to pilot the affairs of the country to an enviable height.
