Benin Monarch appeals to British Govt. to return all looted artefacts

The Benin Monarch, His Royal Majesty, Omo’N Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokplor, Oba Ewuare the second, has appealed to the British Government to return all artifacts taken from the Kingdom during, the Benin Invasion by the British soldiers in 1987.

Oba Ewuare the second made the appeal when he granted audience to the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Catriona Laing, and her Entourage in his Palace.
