Benin City Residents have continued to groan under scarcity of cash in Automated Teller Machines, ATM’s and Point of Sales Machines, POS despite the extension of the expiration date of the old Naira Notes by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Donald Ehimiyein reports that many ATM centers in Benin City recorded large numbers of Customers struggling to withdraw money.
