In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Deputy General Manager, Group Commercial Services ITV/Radio, Mrs. Odun Balogun said the special event is to mark the sixty-third independence of Nigeria, while beckoning on Nigerians to take time out to delight their families, stressed that activities such as Spelling B, Match Past and games have been set aside amongst others to entertain All attendees alongside music and special performances by musical artiste.
The statement added that on the sidelines of the independence Owewe, heads of schools equally be enjoined to use the opportunity to showcase their school and unveil their talents in the various competitions to select the best Oweweriser who will go home with a live turkey amongst other consolation prizes for all the participants.
The gate fee for the event is seven hundred and fifty naira while the show will commence at eleven O’clock in the morning on Sunday, October 1st, 2023.
