The people of Ahor community in Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State have renewed their appeal to His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II, to intervene in what they describe as ongoing intimidation and disregard for the Oba’s boundary ruling by the neighbouring Uselu N’Ahor community.
The community also alleges that the recent arrest of some youths—now branded as kidnappers—is part of the continuous oppression they face.
Oluwapelumi Abioye reports.
