The Acting Chairman of Egor Local Government, Honourable Osaro Eribo, has signed into law a new Bye-Law establishing the Proof of Address requirement for all residents within the local government area.
Patience Osarogiuwa reports that the official signing ceremony took place at the Local Government Secretariat, Uselu, in Benin City.
