Edo State Government and Opay Digital have signed a memorandum of understanding that will see the technology giant award scholarships to students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
The MOU, facilitated by the Special Adviser to Edo State Governor on Sustainable Development, Sally Suleiman, is part of Opay’s corporate social responsibility.
