The Member representing Ovia North-East Constituency II in the Edo State House of Assembly, Honourable Andrew Uzamere, has officially declared his intention to seek re-election for a second term in the 2027 general elections.

The declaration was made at the residence of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman in Ovia North-East Local Government Area, Honourable Solomon Odewingie, along Textile Mill Road in Benin City, where party leaders, ward executives, and supporters gathered to show solidarity with the lawmaker.
