The State`s Emergency Management Agency EDOSEMA gave the Assurance when it presented reliefs from Two hundred Thousand Naira to three Million Naira to Flood Victims during a Programme to mark the 2025 International Day For Disaster Risk Reduction with the global theme, Fund resilience not Disasters in Benin-City
